We offer free standard shipping on orders to the United Kingdom.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time for the United Kingdom is 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Tracking information will be provided after an order has been dispatched where tracking is available.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, periods of high demand or other logistical circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
For eligible online purchases, customers generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
After notifying us of a valid cancellation within that period, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the product.
After the statutory cancellation period and up to 30 days after receiving the product, customers may still request an eligible return under our voluntary returns policy.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Asturia Wear. If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Asturia Wear will cover the reasonable return costs where applicable.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable United Kingdom consumer law. Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will generally be made within 14 days after receiving the returned product or evidence that it has been returned, as applicable.
If a product is defective, damaged or an incorrect item has been supplied, a return, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy will be arranged in accordance with applicable consumer law.
These voluntary return conditions do not limit any additional statutory rights available under United Kingdom consumer protection law.
