Refund policy

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • Customers have the right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable United Kingdom distance selling rules.
  • After notifying us of a cancellation within the applicable 14-day cancellation period, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the product.

  • Under our voluntary returns policy, customers may still request an eligible return after the statutory cancellation period and up to 30 calendar days after receiving the product.

    For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Montvera. If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Montvera will cover the reasonable return costs where applicable.

  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable United Kingdom consumer law. Where the statutory right to cancel applies, refunds will generally be made within 14 days after we receive the returned product or evidence that it has been returned, as applicable.
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item has been supplied, a return, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy will be arranged in accordance with applicable consumer law and without improper cost to the customer.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection law.
